Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance.

Single blind review: SMC 2013 uses single-blind review process (i.e. author(s) cannot see the reviewers.). So please feel free to include the author names in the submitted papers.
